Why doesn’t ZipHomes show homes for sale?
There are plenty of websites for property listings. ZipHomes helps you find local agents who can answer your questions and guide you through buying or selling a home.
How are agents connected to an area?
Agents select one primary service ZIP. ZipHomes manages placement and rotation across the cities associated with that ZIP. Agents provide a separate local perspective for each associated city. Placement, position and inquiries are not guaranteed.

Then $12 per year if you choose to renew. No automatic charges. Your free year starts when your profile is first published, even if your ZIP is still waiting to open.
When will my profile appear?
Save and preview your profile, select your Florida license, and confirm your details and the profile visibility terms before publishing. Profiles must pass the signup checks; some may need review.
Publishing submits your profile for directory placement. It becomes visible when at least three eligible agents in the same ZIP are ready. Your status will tell you whether your profile is live, waiting for your ZIP to open, or needs attention.
