Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ZipHomes uses information for its Florida real estate directory and agent profiles.
Information we use
When you create an account, we use your email address for sign-in. Your profile may include your name, brokerage, selected ZIP code, license reference, service descriptions, city-specific local perspectives, profile photo, cover image, website link, and the contact details you choose to display. We also keep profile revisions, publication history, acceptance of publication terms, photo and content permissions (including the wording, version, profile revision, content fingerprint and acceptance time), and administrator review records.
City statistics and boundaries come from public sources including the U.S. Census Bureau and GeoNames. Company reference information comes from Florida DBPR records and company office sources. A reference company entry is separate from an agent-created profile.
What becomes public
Draft profiles are private. Publishing submits a profile for directory placement; it does not always make the profile immediately visible. When an eligible profile is published and its ZIP has at least three eligible published profiles, the saved public version can appear in the directory and search engines. Your sign-in email is not automatically a public contact address. Profile contact settings control whether your phone number and business email appear. Your website link and other public profile content appear in the published version. Saving a draft does not update that version. Public information may be copied or cached by others.
Service providers and maps
Supabase handles email sign-in, using Resend to deliver sign-in codes. Our database stores profile and account records. Resend is also configured to deliver operational profile-status notifications when enabled, such as publication, review, ZIP waiting and go-live updates. These notifications use notifications@mail.ziphomes.com, with replies directed to info@ziphomes.com. Operational account emails are separate from agent invitation campaigns or marketing emails. Interactive maps request street-map tiles from OpenStreetMap; tile requests disclose your IP address and the requested map area to that provider. Email, phone and text links open your chosen email, phone or messaging app. Opening a link does not automatically send a message or place a call; you decide whether to contact the recipient.
Cookies and tracking
We use a necessary sign-in cookie to maintain your account session. The current site does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. We do not sell account information or run an automated marketing-text service.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, change displayed contact details, hide your published profile, or sign out through your account. Hiding removes the profile from the current public directory; it does not delete your account or private profile history. For access, correction, account deletion or privacy questions, email info@ziphomes.com or write to ZipHomes, Attn: Privacy, 260 Crandon Blvd #49, Key Biscayne, FL 33149. We may ask you to confirm account ownership before acting on a request.
Keeping information
We keep account and profile information while needed to operate the directory. Revisions and review records support account security and dispute handling; they are not public directory entries. Contact us to request deletion. We will review the request, confirm which records can be removed and explain any records that need to be retained for security or legal reasons.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and provide additional notice where required. Agent accounts are intended for adults.
