Using ZipHomes

ZipHomes is a directory connecting consumers with real estate agents and local information. Browsing does not require an account. Any real estate representation, services, fees or transaction terms are agreed directly between you and the agent or brokerage you choose.

Agent profiles

You must be an adult authorized to use the license and brokerage information you submit. Keep your profile accurate and use only text and images you have permission to publish. Do not impersonate someone, publish another person's private information, or submit misleading claims.

You retain ownership of your profile content. By submitting it, you permit ZipHomes to store, resize, format and display it as needed to operate the directory. Drafts remain private. Hiding a profile removes it from the current public directory, although copies may remain in search-engine caches and private revision records. Hiding does not delete your account or private profile history. Contact us separately to request account or data deletion.

Before publishing, the profile owner must affirm that they have permission to submit the photos and information and authorize this directory use. We record the accepted wording and version, profile revision, content reference and acceptance time. This permission does not authorize reuse of your photos in city banners or advertising; that requires separate permission.

Directory display

Agents select one primary ZIP code. ZipHomes determines placement and rotation across the cities associated with that ZIP. Agents must complete a local perspective for each associated city before publishing. More than one agent can select the same ZIP. Publishing submits your profile for directory placement after the signup checks; some profiles may need review. A published profile may wait for its ZIP to open. Public profiles appear when that ZIP has at least three eligible published profiles. Display order rotates and does not rank agents by sales performance. Selecting a ZIP does not grant exclusive territory.

License records, company references, Census facts and geographic matches are information sources, not an endorsement or a claim that ZipHomes has verified a person's identity or expertise. Check important professional and transaction details directly with the agent and the relevant public source.

How profile visibility works

Each city page initially shows up to six agent profiles. Profiles rotate. Visitors can view more agents or search by name. Joining does not guarantee a particular position, number of appearances, views, inquiries or leads.

The profile owner accepts this explanation before submitting a saved profile for publication. We keep the accepted wording, version, profile revision, selected ZIP and acceptance time.

Account access and moderation

Protect access to your sign-in email. ZipHomes may request corrections, review a profile, hide content or restrict an account for inaccurate information, misuse, license problems or violations of these terms. Administrators can correct records and retain a reason and revision history.

Fees

Your first year is free, with no credit card required. The free year starts when your profile is first published, even if it is waiting for the ZIP to open. After the free year, the price is $12 per year if you choose to renew. There are no automatic charges. The current signup flow does not collect payment or enroll you in automatic billing. Renewal payment details and terms will be shown before you agree to pay.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, bypass account controls, harvest private data, upload malicious files, or use directory contact details for spam. Public-source credits remain with their respective owners.
